Prizes must be claimed by the actual winning registered player only.
Prizes can be claimed up to three (3) weeks from the draw date. If any prize is not claimed within three (3) weeks after the draw date, the prize will be forfeited.
The player can only win one prize per raffle draw. In the event a player wins more than once in a draw, the player is entitled ONLY to the more valuable prize.
S5.com reserves the right to invalidate an entry or prize winner if the proper data or authorization was not provided. Prizes with monetary value of ₱10,000 above are subject to 20% withholding tax which shall be held on the account of the winners. As withholding agent, S5.com will process, withhold, and remit to BIR the 20% withholding tax on behalf of the winners. Upon receipt of tax payment, S5.com will issue an Acknowledgement Receipt and a copy of BIR Form 2,306 Certificate of Final Tax Withheld at Source.
All major prizes are convertible to casino credits as per the raffle prize table.
We reserve the right to cancel the raffle draw or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any force majeure, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.
Participation in this raffle draw will be deemed as acceptance to all of these terms and conditions. Players may opt out of the raffle by contacting customer service.
Our decision in respect of all matters in relation to the raffle draw will be final and not subject to review.
Raffle winners of the P2,555 can choose to receive their raffle prizes in Lazada vouchers or as S5.com casino credits. Other raffle winners will have those amounts credited to their S5.com account upon confirmation of acceptance of the prize and these terms and conditions by email from the player.
The raffle prizes are considered bonus funds and must be wagered at least 20x to be able to withdraw the funds. This wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the activation of the bonus. If the wagering requirements are not met within the 30-day period, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

Withdrawal processing time frame after satisfying all the rollover conditions may take three (3) business days.
Any request to cancel the casino credits prize prior to meeting the required rollover will result in bonus forfeiture and any winnings.
